GDPR – Data Protection
N&C S.p.A., the data controller for the processing of personal data, applies the necessary measures to comply with European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) and current national legislation regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
To ensure compliance with the principle of accountability, the Organisation has adopted an Organisational Model for Data Protection (MOPD), aimed at systematically structuring responsibilities and processes relating to personal data protection. In addition, the Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, who can be contacted at the Data Controller’s postal address and telephone number or at the email address dpo@nectlc.com (or via certified email: team-dpo@pec.it).
