The Requirement
A leading international industrial and technology group, active in the development of advanced solutions for intelligent infrastructure, needed to standardize and modernize its meeting rooms across multiple locations in Italy.
The existing environments were inconsistent, often under-equipped or based on outdated technologies, and lacked efficient integrated video conferencing systems.
The objective was to create digital collaboration spaces capable of ensuring consistent technology standards, high-quality audio and video, and ease of use, across 14 management meeting rooms.
The solution
N&C designed and implemented a standardized meeting room ecosystem based on integrated and user-friendly video conferencing solutions.
The project included:
- deployment of all-in-one audio-video systems with intelligent cameras, distributed microphones and touch control devices
- implementation of wireless content sharing solutions, requiring no configuration
- integration with large-format displays and, where required, 4K projection systems
Thanks to the existing infrastructure readiness, a standardized approach was adopted without the need for customization, ensuring speed and efficiency throughout the implementation phase.
