The Requirement
A leading Italian sports club, with operations distributed across headquarters, training facilities and stadium environments, needed to standardize and modernize its meeting rooms.
The existing spaces were heterogeneous and often lacked integrated video conferencing systems, limiting the effectiveness of hybrid meetings.
The objective was to create advanced digital workspaces that were easy to use, technologically consistent and scalable, across 22 meeting rooms of different sizes.
The Solution
N&C designed and implemented a standardized meeting room ecosystem based on all-in-one video conferencing solutions, fully integrated with the existing infrastructure.
The project included complete audio-video systems, integration with existing displays and the deployment of the necessary cabling to ensure stability and operational continuity.
In executive environments, advanced integration was carried out with existing professional AV systems, preserving and enhancing the installed technologies.
Initially planned for a limited scope, the project was progressively extended to 22 rooms, following a structured and incremental approach.

The solution significantly improved video conferencing quality, simplified the user experience and increased overall operational efficiency.
Centralized management through a cloud-based platform also enables remote monitoring and control, ensuring continuity, performance and long-term scalability.
